I am deeply passionate about redefining health by anchoring us back in the foundations of true wellness ; faith, mindset & trauma, nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, connecting with nature and community. I believe God has created and woven our bodies with His purpose, and when we can get back to genuine design, we live optimally. When we begin to rebuild our bodies and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to step into greater and deeper healing by God's grace.

This week we talk about rhythms and healthy habits that have changed my life! I am so passionate about this topic because these rhythms have truly done a 180 for my health mentally and physically.  All of these take between 60 seconds and 30 minutes and can easily be incorporated! 

  • 2-6 min : burnout & how habits have helped me slow down and become present 
  • 6-20 min : my morning rhythms
  • 20-28 min : afternoon rhythms
  • 25-28 min : ‘no excuses’ tangent :) 
  • 28-30 min : nighttime rhythms
  • 31-38 min : weekly / monthly rhythms
  • 38-42 min : tips for using your phone less
