31-36 min : feeling safe vs unsafe, helping the nervous system access rest

36-40 min : live practice for the nervous system 

40-60 min : learning to mobilize stress, parts work, other practices and options for working through stress / trauma / fight or flight 

60- end : working through insomnia, why meditation isn’t working for you
