The Testimony Podcast
We are a living, breathing testimony of what is possible for others. It is our testimony of God’s grace, empowering presence, and salvation that sets us free to love and dwell well with Him. When we live from God’s design and commands, we experience true wellness. Since we were made by God, for God, as temples of the living God — we can learn what’s true about ourselves and how to become well through His words, His Holy Spirit, and His desires for our lives.
The Testimony Podcast is all about empowering, inspiring & educating others to be active participants in rebuilding their body through intimacy with God, mindset, trauma work, proper nourishment, movement, hydration, rhythms of rest, community, and getting back into nature. The goal of this podcast is to help foster reconnection with your body, mind & spirit and thus, encourage deeper relationship with God, others, & yourself.
Linden Hogan is a certified Integrative Health Practitioner who is passionate about helping others rebuild their bodies through prioritizing the foundations of health, reconnecting with their bodies, and implementing rhythms into their lives that not only support their physical health, but also their mental and emotional health.

This week I have my sweet friend Alex on sharing about her story walking through grief, the suicide of her dad, and the process of healing that she went through spiritually, mentally, and physically. This episode is so inspiring and I believe will help anyone listening have discoveries and revelations about themselves and their stories, as well as teach on leaning into grief and letting the Lord into the whole process.
2-4 min : introducing alex, episode overview, and how the emotions store in the body & the importance of learning to process, feel, & grieve
4-10 min : reflecting on the last year of alex diving into grief & what the process has looked like
11-14 min : alex’s story — childhood trauma, her dads suicide, and navigating growing up without a father
