After working with clients and helping others heal, i have found that the missing piece for a lot of people is their ability to experience emotion in a healthy way. We dive deep in this podcast, leave no room for small talk, and get real about questions we need to ask ourselves so we can wake up from our numb slumber and love the people and world around us.

I am deeply passionate about redefining health by anchoring us back in the foundations of true wellness ; faith, mindset & trauma, nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, connecting with nature and community. We are temples of the Holy Spirit, made by God for God, and when living in His design we can experience true wellness. When we begin to rebuild our bodies and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to step into greater and deeper healing by God's grace.
This week I go over fat loss -- how to sustainably lose fat and build muscle, how trauma might be impacting your body, nutrition tips and tricks and ways that how you're eating now might be working against you, and creating a lifestyle change and focusing on how you feel eating truly nourishing whole foods over just trying to force yourself into a 60 day crash diet.
0-7 min : Reframing weight loss and focusing on fat loss instead and why that matters in your journey
8-18 min : mindset, trauma, and repressed emotions or experiences that can be 'stuck' on you, making it more difficult to lose weight
19-52 min : reverse dieting, increasing protein and other macronutrients strategically to work FOR you, plating your food for success, how under eating is ruining your metabolism and goals, blood sugar importance, and more.
54- 1:06 min : how toxins store in your fat cells and might be making it harder for you to change your body composition, lifestyle change and cultivating a healthy relationship with food over crash dieting
1:06- end : How to exercise to help support your goals instead of ruin them, the importance of listening to your body, weight training / building muscle, and increasing your movement and walks throughout the day
