After working with clients and helping others heal, i have found that the missing piece for a lot of people is their ability to experience emotion in a healthy way. We dive deep in this podcast, leave no room for small talk, and get real about questions we need to ask ourselves so we can wake up from our numb slumber and love the people and world around us.

This week I had the honor of bringing on Kevin & Bree who I have had the privilege of watching over the last 8 years as God has restored their hearts, their marriage, and their family. After walking through infidelity and pursuing divorce, the Lord radically saved them both and changed their hearts resulting in an upward battle to fight for their marriage and each other. This is such an incredible episode about the way that God can do the impossible.
