After working with clients and helping others heal, i have found that the missing piece for a lot of people is their ability to experience emotion in a healthy way. We dive deep in this podcast, leave no room for small talk, and get real about questions we need to ask ourselves so we can wake up from our numb slumber and love the people and world around us.

21-28 min : symptoms of imbalance & the liver ‘type’
29-42 min : supplemental, environmental, physical, and practical tips and tricks to support your liver
43-end - why the liver is correlated to anger and irritability, how the science and the way the body functions can evoke this emotion in connection to the liver
